Josey: Transformational Leader of the Modern Library Profession. This six-chapter work documents the life and accomplishments of Elonnie Junius “E.J.” Josey, principal founder of the Black Caucus of the American Library Association (BCALA), longtime University of Pittsburgh LIS professor, and second Black president of the American Library Association.
